When buying a WhitePearl necklace there is a scale to determine quality:

• AA-Grade - Pearls show an excellent surface and have no visible blemishes. Their luster is high, giving them depth.
• A - Grade - Pearl surface shows minor, insignificant blemishes. Their luster is good, showing some depth.
• A/B - Grade - Pearl surface has blemishes that are seen easily and have less luster. Although they are not perfect, they are beautiful. Ringed pearls are often the desired look.
